Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how LETO Class (operated by MGDA Group Limited) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and platform. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide a better user experience, and give website operators information about how their site is being used.

Cookies may be "session cookies" (which are deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent cookies" (which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them).

In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies such as:

(a) Local storage (HTML5);

(b) Session storage;

(c) Pixel tags and web beacons.

When we refer to "cookies" in this policy, we include these similar technologies unless otherwise stated.

2. YOUR CONSENT

Under the GDPR and French data protection law (as interpreted by CNIL, the French data protection authority), we must obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device.

When you first visit our Platform, you will see a cookie consent banner that allows you to:

[Accept All] [Reject All] [Customize]

In accordance with CNIL guidelines:

(a) Rejecting all non-essential cookies is as easy as accepting them (same number of clicks);

(b) Essential cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function do not require consent;

(c) You can change your preferences at any time.

You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time by:

(a) Clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of our website;

(b) Adjusting your browser settings (see Section 6);

(c) Contacting us at privacy@LETO Class.com.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
